最近申请ringtonematcher铃声广告 但是不知道这里的
m_artist = "Artist Name";rm_song = "Song Title";   怎样设置链接跟踪



不正确的：http://xxxxx.net/dizzy-wright-tha-truth-lyrics.html

正确：
比喻：http://xxxxx.net/dizzy-wright-tha-truth-lyrics.html
那么显示Send "Tha Truth Lyrics" Ringtone to your Cell

url经过函数处理过的。
UrlEncode   URLdecode编码
