大家都收到amazon的要求回复是否在美国开展推广的邮件么？

根据邮件内容，我只需在YES前面打个X再发给指定邮箱就可以了, 但如果以后要申请美国payoneer卡来收AMAZON的话，会不会有矛盾? (还是当没收到这邮件，不去回复它？但邮件说了如果不回复，会认为你是在美国开展的活动，涉及税的问题）
