把游客最长访问的页面文章更新一下，是它更丰满；这些当初$5一篇外包的文章，现在简直看不下去；网页内容好像有质量评分；无论如何，自己的网站，一定要自己看得顺眼

Yes, that's the best thing I can do now. Even PBN links are being punished by google. I cann't tell which kind of links should I do or not.
