我买的个空间，每天只能浏览几页网页，就再也打不开了，连空间和FTP也不能登陆，只有换IP，清除cookies,才能再次打开,请问是什么原因

Dear sir,

i have recently purchased your hosting service,
but my site could not be accessed after suring several pages
not even can i login the ftp
and if i clear my cookies and change ip, the site is on again
really weird...

would you please kindly find out the problem and fix it?
