有关于申请AMZON AWS的问题 为毛我的申请了两次都挂了

哎，按着教程申请了2次，为毛总是申请不成功啊，有没申请成功的问题来指导一下
注册了2个都挂了  淘宝上也有人在卖这个，为毛他们就不会挂呢。/

不可能吧？很好申请的啊 基本申请就过 我两次都是 就是那个破网页打开超慢。。。

申请完了要找一下 好像不在跳转的那个网页里，忘记在哪里了。

是的 就是拿来做测试用的，就是申请了两次老不成功了 我也不知道是怎么回事，对了 MISCA ，你能教下我么
