CJ当初看个帖子说什么支付RMB支付啦 结果注册了RMB账号
现在好了根本RMB支付想都别想了。

确切的意思 。。

Beginning balance就是账户上过去已经有的钱了，commission部分是最近新登的钱。这两种都表示，广告主已经支付了，已经到CJ的账户上了。

CJ发钱一般在每月的20号左右了~Good luck!

    好像只回答了Commission的问题，你原来的 beginning balance钱为什么不支付，对方没说。\

你再询问一下了，如果仅只是commission的问题，让CJ先把你的beginning balance钱先支付过来吧，早点拿到钱早安心。

备注:beginning balance的理解是参考3#的朋友回复的，我是新人，对国外网络赚钱的许多名称不太清楚

    这种情况2个月前就有了 CJ就是RMB不支付 所以我都停止做RMB账户

If the advertiser brings their account current by next month’s payout you should see these commissions move from “locked” to “closed” and payment will be issued.
这一段解释了付款的流程。你之前显示在balance的钱，按照这个付款的流程，就表示之前广告商是给钱了。只有locked-->closed之后的钱会表示为balance的。

It appears that advertiser has a negative balance at the moment.
不过你做的广告商现在账户是负值。Balance是表示账目、账户余额的意思了。

你应该再联系CJ解释下你的情况。
