狗爹的要求更正domain contact information是啥意思？严重么？

狗爹的域名whois是可以修改的，这样可以保护域名信息。但收到来信说必须更新域名联系信息，如果信息有误必须更正，否则会取消域名。这啥意思呢？又可以修改whois信息保护隐私，又必须要填写正确的信息，这是不是矛盾？ 不懂了，哪位前辈帮忙解答下。谢谢。

新年狗爹新政策：没有邮箱验证过的账号会被锁定.新年注册个域名，结果把淘宝卖家给坑了，我也坑了，还没push给锁定了,白选的域名

这是新规，新注册域名必须邮箱验证，否则在后台都没有显示，还是验证一下吧，也没什么大不了的

原来是这么一回事，新手学习了
