关于回复 Amazon Tax Information 的邮件，

我回复了amazon，而且选择了第一个问题中的 (X) yes 答案。

但是amazon 给我回复是：

Hello,

Thank you for your prompt response. Unfortunately, to be in accordance with IRS regulations we are required to collect the precise verbiage in the email you received. If you could please check the appropriate box in question #1 and fill out question #2 completely, if applicable. Thank you for your time responding to the questionnaire below.”

我有点蒙了。precise verbiage，到底要精确到什么程度，如何描述？自己写一段话？

到底应该如何回复，不回复会被扣税或者不支付的。谢谢。
