I only use the best content I can do myself or buy - I don't use content
from services like that.
The difference in what I do vs what I see alot of other people do is
Keywords and Niche.
I don't try to compete in difficult keywords - I target keywords where Sites
are not optimized - and for words I know bring buyers - this is the secret sauce really.
If I don't rank well - I toss the site out and find a new keyword because I keep my investment
low until I see its going to be profitable.
Also niches I find really good niches where buyers really want the products - so it keeps my
conversion rates strong vs what alot of other poor niches alot of other people choose.
There is no price for experience - as its hard figuring this all out when you first start - it just
doesn't seem to make sense ... but later you will realize its not as hard as it appears.
cheers

remember before you can into any niche you must make sure that the keywords you want to rank for are not too hard.
your content should get you ranked 10-20 and then with some links you should get top 5.
as far as the quality of UD links go - well its software so it is not the smartest thing in the world which is why you need diversity you can't just use UD .. you got to upload PDF's - make high quality web 2 - bookmark everything - submit PR - submit your articles and get any higher quality manual links you can.
what I find is - the higher the quality of content I use the better ranking I get - because people are searching my keywords they want answers to their questions - and that is what my sites provide.... the link building process is icing on the cake and just needs to be steady.
also look to buy some .edu blogs or get some .edu guest posts as well.
it is work - as you just need to find your own way and ranking sites and choosing the keywords that you can rank for - and still make sales.
