域名还有 7天过期，应该从godaddy转入namesilo再续费吗

我很多年前注册了paypal，认证了，但是从来没有用过。
现在godaddy域名过期，一个要$14.99/yr，看到namesilo有免费隐私保护，所以想转过去。

1.如果域名快过期也可以转移过去吗？
2.转移过去就必须立即续费吗？

只要没过期就肯定可以转，转的时候需要付费的。

现在这样了，namesilo这边提示Pending at Registry 。我在godaddy那边已经accept transfer了。但是namesilo这边还是这样的提示：Pending at Registry，而且我用paypal绑定招行全币种，但是却被额外扣了1美元。我看到网上说这是预扣，貌似可以返还，那是要多久才返还？

转入的时候系统默认是要续费1年的，不续费无法转入。

还有7天过期可以转入，GD转NS只要一个小时以内，很快的。
