Dear
Commission Junction has identified multiple (leads generated by yourself or a common
IP) or invalid leads generated by your program. As a result, your account has been
placed on temporary payment hold until your lead generation methods are verified as
valid. This verification takes place once a month prior to payout, and if your:mad: :mad:
program is found compliant at that time, the payment hold will be released and you
will be credited for all unpaid commissions.
However, if we are unable to verify that your promotional methods are in compliance
with the Publisher Service Agreement, all leads referred by you are subject to
reversal and you will not receive compensation from the relevant advertiser(s).
Further, your account is subject to deactivation and/or termination if you are in
breach of the Publisher Service Agreement.
Please respond by replying to this specific e-mail within five days of delivery
date. If you are reading this notice through your CJ Account Manager (Mail tab) and
do not have access to the e-mail notice, please respond using Ask a Question,
available through the ???Contact Us??? lik available in account manager, and include
this original message. Failure to respond may result in Commission Junction
exercising its right to terminate the Commission Junction Publisher Service
Agreement upon 15 days of this written notice.
