支票发了3次,丢了3次,不得以问cb客服能不能给我pp或者电汇,今天回了:
Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry? Once we postmark the check and deliver it to the
post office we have no control over whether or not the check reaches you. It is
then is the hands of the postal service. We are unable to track a specific piece
of mail. If any mail is ever returned to us as undeliverable, we make every
effort to contact the account holder to confirm what address the check should be
sent to and resend it at our cost.
However, when a check is not in our possession, we must complete a stop payment
with our bank. Our bank charge us the $20. This amount, and no additional charge,
is subtracted from the total when we reissue the check to cover the cost of the
stop payment request. The reissue process and fee are stated in our paycheck

We do offer wire transfers. There is a $35 banking charge that is deducted from
each wire made. To setup the wire we need the following information:
Bank name
Account name
Account address (personal address listed on your account)
Account number
Bank SWIFT code
IBAN (if available).
Please let me know how you would like to proceed in regards to the reissue and
provide me with the wire information if you would like me to set it up.
