Can I automatically redirect a visitor from my site to Amazon.com without the visitor first clicking on a link on my site?

No. Per the Operating Agreement, we do not allow Associates to automatically redirect visitors to Amazon.com or to cause the Amazon.com site to automatically open either within a frame or in a new browser window.

请教各位，上面这段e文看不太懂，问下大家该怎么理解？
假如我通过聊天工具直接把某个amazon产品的联盟链接发给需要购买的人，而不是让对方从网站上点击联盟链接，不知这种情况是否违规？

上面的意思是不允许使用自动跳转，框架等等（类似于cs之类的强制点击）手段

必须是访客主动点击的才行
